Verizon FiOS speed increase

Out of shear dumb luck the day I decided to order FiOS Internet, Verizon increased the speeds. Current subscribers must call in order to get the upgrade.

10/2 changed to 15/5

20/5 changed to 25/15

20/20 Only exists for current subscribers

50/20 No change, not available for bundle

While there is a $10.00 price increase, you can bundle the 25/15 where previously you could not bundle the 20/20.

25/15 set to be installed next week

Whoooohoooo. I called awhile back to get my 15/2 upgraded to 20/5 for free. Your telling me I can do it again?

After browsing though that thread a bit, I might have to end up paying an extra $10 a month as the 20/5 has been completely eliminated.

Fios has some nice upload speeds. We are getting some new FO offers here in Portugal, but the max upload is 10Mbits (but the download is 100Mbits).

That 50/50 sounds great
