Verizon DSL goes out for a few mins. all the time

My dsl goes down for a few minutes many times a day. This is extremely annoying since I play online games. Here is my routers logs...any ideas please?

Have you called Verizon and had them troubleshoot the DSL line?

Sounds like either a modem problem or a DSL circuit problem terminating the PPP connection.
