vent out air from pc to window

im looking for something like a vent that would hook up to the back of a pc case(mine p182)and direct the hot air out the window. anyone know of anything like this.

I believe I have seen people use those Dryer vent things. Like so.

wouldn't be hard to make one either. Problem is when it's off the air will blow crap into your PC. Also, The air coming out of your PC isn't really all THAT hot is it?

Go the next step and use a dryer louver so it closes when not in use. If birds in your neighbourhood are smart, you'll want a cover over the louvers so birds can't get in and try to make a nest.
