venice 3800+ pinned at 100%

using vista, using balanced power scheme. it never goes off
100%. the temp idles at 27c so its not overheating.
also want to enable c n q. a8r32mvp motherboard.

27C is pretty low for 100% load. Do you know what process is taking all the CPU cycles?
 
something must have hung up explorer.exe i rebooted and its back to normal. still can't enable cool n quiet. i enabled in bios but not working for me in vista.
 
my understanding is there is no driver
"needed" under vista. its just supposed to "work".
