Ok, so im very interested in overclocking my amd venice 3200 processor ive got in my new rig. But a few questions, what do you think are the safest speeds with just stock cooling that I could reach? and whats the best way to over-clock ( im a complete noob, so i have no idea how to) and are there any recommendations on what to do before i start?
