Vembu Backup

So else here use a product by Vembu called StoreGrid?? I've been using it for about 2 years. I hated it at first, but then when I learned how to use the software, I love it. I charge clients a monthly fee to backup to my server, works pretty well and the compression seems amazing.

Just wanted to find out if anybody elses uses it and what your thoughts are? What do you charge for backups (if you charge that is)

Since it's been over a year since anyone responded to your post, I'm wondering how you charge your clients, especially when factoring in the MCALs.

The MCALs make it difficult to charge just a flat per GB rate to determine profit margin unless you also charge MCALs too. I'm trying to think of some creative plans so as not to charge MCALs directly to the clients, but it always leads to requiring the client subscribing to a minimum tiered storage requirement or higher per GB cost.
