ok i got some velodyne df-661's (6to be exact) and there were modded by the last owner. he pulled out the crossover that velodyne put in there and put the tweeter connector on the back. makeing 6 hookups on the back of each speaker. now i dont really care about getting the BEST sound out of them but would like good. so i need to build a crossover. the problem im finding is none of the speakers in there have numbers to chekc there freq.
so im wondering if any one would be SO kind to show me to a compleet guide with parts lists and schematics. also i got some furman crossovers and was thinkign of how to use thoes to hook my speakers up. but that means i would need 3 amps per speaker. and im not to shure what wattate. so ANY one out there that can help me please do so. the speakers are just sitting in my room waiting to be hooked up and its getting me mad that i cant figure it out

He took the crossovers out to Bi-amp them?
Ouch.
I would suggest you buy a good book or try one of the many speaker building forums on the web.
BTW there is a HT section in the Hobbies part of this forum. There are a few people that used to hang in there that may point you in the right direction. :)
Barring that you can always pay a visit to your local mom and pop high fi shop. Whenever I need help with my system that is were i go.
They now lock the door when they see me coming. :D
