Vega 64 Black vs Silver cooling

Shopping around for a Vega 64 card, and I noticed that there is a brushed aluminum version of the card.

I was wondering if there was a difference in the cooling between the metal shrouded card and the black plastic card.

There is a silver air cooled and a silver water cooled version. The black ones are all air cooled. The black air and the silver air are exactly the same.
