Hey, ive just got a question about v-droop.

ive currently got my Q6600 running at 3.0ghz right now, 333x9.

i put 1.275 volts in the bios, and i get 1.240volts in CPU-z at idle.

now, when i go to run prime95, the voltage drops by 0.032 volts to 1.208 volts.

is this a safe drop?

it appears stable, but i havent done any prolonged tests, besides folding @ home on the CPU + GPU over night with no problems.

I've seen much worse droop than that. If you don't think it's safe though, you can always increase the BIOS voltage amount. The droop should remain roughly the same, so the amount you increase in BIOS should be reflected when you run Prime95. For example, if you want to see 1.220v when running Prime95, increase BIOS voltage by .012v

EDIT: If you want to be sure your current settings are stable, run Prime95 Small FFT for 8 hours. If it doesn't produce any errors/BSOD's/reboots/unstable programs, you should be fine.

How does this look?

5hrs stable.

i left it go while i was at college.

Looks pretty good to me. As long as you don't have any stability issues, the low voltage isn't a problem.
