Vdroop? Do you leave it enabled?

No, you're wrong. Although more capacitance would probably reduce the overshoot voltage, it's still impossible to eliminate it, because that's simply how the voltage regulation circuitry works. There will always be a time delay between when the load changes and when the regulator can compensate for that change. Vdroop is a way of ensuring that the voltage stays within safe limits as much as possible.

But in another, more accurate way, Zero82z is right. And you can measure it with an oscilloscope - or rather, you can measure the Vcore as a function of time, which will show you both the Vdroop and the transient effect it has on actual Vcore as load changes occur.
