VDROOP and voltage question

Quick question. I have my Q600 overclocked to 3.6 with a voltage in the bios at 1.41.
During load it drops down to 1.36 especially Prime95. I have to set it to at least 1.41 in order for it to be stable. Is this too high of voltage during idle? I know Intel says 1.5 for the Q6600. I just don't want to cook my new cpu. I am hitting temps max at about 63C.

That voltage is fine. There are people with them chips running them 1.5v> 24/7.
