VCP4 Certificate - Not Received

I passed my VCP4 exam back in the middle of December (12/8) but I have still not received any formal letter with my VCP No. or the suggested free copy of Workstation.

Any body else how what the times frames on this are? I read something about being delays but haven't checked up on that issue since so don't know if I am the only one in this boat.

My VCP No. shows up on the testing center website and our partner portal.

Note: Anyone know whom I should be contacting about this issue? VMware or the testing center?

My buddy took the VCP 310 test. It took 3 months to get his. He also passed the VCP4. It may take until mid Feb to get his 2nd workstation copy.
