Vcore- what should I trust?

In my BIOS my Vcore is set to 1.625V for my CPU. ASUS probe says my motherboard undervolts and its at 1.582V while CPUz say its overvolts to 1.632V. My gut says to trust CPUz, but is there anyway to find out which one is giving a proper reading?
