Vcore = CPU voltage regulator right?

I up my CPU voltage regulator in bios to 1.75 but CPU-Z stil read it 1.648 I also have Hmonitor shows Core 1.64 and Aux @ 171. I think the CPU voltage regulator in bios change the aux instead of Vcore and also dont understand what is aux. Pls help.

I have athlon xp 2000+ @175*12.5 right now.

Yes, But i already raise vcore to 1.75 but CPU-Z shows 1.648. What is the problem here?
