I overclocked only two times:
E8200 on GIGABYTE EP35-DS3R
and
Athlon II X3 440 on ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO
But every time I started I had look at cpuz. Before I even touch the voltage in bios, I see vcore on and over 1.5 on both of those cpus.
they should be
Athlon II X3 440: 0.85-1.425V
C2D E8200: 0.8500V-1.3625V
Now I am like wtf?!?!!
Does this mean that I should have no fear and let the cpus have it all at 1.5 since it reaches it with default settings anyway? And when its on default it must be ok.
Or this just means that auto on mobos I had dealings with, is just little screwed and I should stay cautious with vcore and OC when planning on running it 24/7?
