VCore is higher than settings in BIOS?

I have an i7 920 in an ASUS P6T Deluxe v2 mobo. The VCore is set at 1.25 V in BIOS.

When idling, the VCore as measured by CPU-Z, is 1.240, when I ran the Intel Burn Test, the VCore goes up to 1.256, which overshot what I programmed and puzzled me.

Should I be worried? Has anyone encountered the same phenomena?

Seen this on my e8500 and my Phenom X6. Voltage slightly higher than BIOS under load. Agree with Skull Angel - that is LLC doing what it's supposed to be doing. Basically, making sure your vCore does not droop below what you set it at. I wouldn't worry about the vCore being so very slightly higher, as long as you're stable and temps are good, no worries.
