While there's a lot of discussion about maximum vcore for the Sandybridge CPUs, there seems to be less said about the VCCIO and VCCSA settings for overclocking. While some will say they make no difference, I have found they do, upping the VCCIO (to 1.09v) stablised my overclock without further raising vcore. As of yet, I have not tried upping the VCCSA.

Basically, here is a guide from a pretty popular and reputable site: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cpus/2011/01/03/intel-sandy-bridge-review/5

They say basically raise VCCIO and VCCSA to around 1.1v and on this OC guide specific to my mother board, they basically say they raised VCCIO to 1.17v and VCCSA to 1.185v.

Some people (from googling around) seem set VCCIOs higher than what Intel recommends, as much as the Bit-Tech guide. While some people don't want to touch VCCSA at all, but some will raise it to the Bit Tech guide.

I checked the Intel spec sheet (section 7)

And they basically say a max VCCIO of 1.0815v and VCCSA or 0.975v?
