Is there a way to draw a circle with only points? It's a lot like those network node diagrams. One point in the center and with a given integer, it draws points equally spaced.

Is this for your homework? Do you know much math? Enough to know any of the formulas that define a circle? What code have you come up with so far?
 
you have to create an image object first then add an ellipse object. The ellipse object has a bunch of overloads to create it in specific ways you want. That should help get you started I hope.
