Variable fan speed control based on temp

Where can I get a device where based on temp, it increases the voltage between say, 5v and 12v? There are some fan controllers that have this feature, but I'm looking for something with a small footprint that can easily be glued somewhere inside a small case. Would be nice for custom servers and what not. Some motherboards have it built in but it's usually 3 pin connectors and you are limited to only a few fans. In some cases I may have like 6 fans, and it would be nice for them to be all controlled at once based on temp.
 
Hoping for something I can just hook up a bunch of existing fans to, instead of ordering special fans. You'd think this is something that would be commonly available but can't seem to find anywhere.
