While it is nice to see the kit finally available...the 3.46EE is already stacked up to be a relatively poor overclocker. the 3.46EE is based on the 1066fsb, meaning that it's sitting at 13x266....and with a 13x multiplier people are gonna have to be hitting 308FSB just to hit 4GHz with this thing....no good IMO.
