Vantec Stealth 80mm Pro or Panaflo Ultra Quiet 80mm. Which should I get???

I am just looking to make my PC quiet and the only thing that I have left is my case fans. I don't know which ones to get. These: Vantec 80mm Stealth or should i get Panasonic Panaflo Axial 80mm. Thanks for any help.
Also does anybody know good and cheap place to get about 4-5 of either of these whichever you guys/ladys prefer. Thanks

I have Vantec 80MM Stealth fan, it definitely runs quiet but I don't think it's the most quiet fan ever when compared to my old HP system which has a fan on the heatsink which is barely audible. I have no experience with Panaflo, but I think SilentPCReview.com recommends the Panaflo as the most quiet fan for the CFM. Wait for other people who have used Panaflo and Vantec Stealth and see. If not get some of each :D
