Is this feasible? Does it physically fit and how are cooling performances?
 
The vantec iceburq might not be able to handle the heat output of the 6800 Series.

The holes aren't the same on the 6800 series so the short answer is no.

The heat from 6800nu cards isn't bad, giga-byte even has a passive cooling solution. Galaxy uses Arctic Cooling's NV Silencer 5.
