My LAN speed stuck at 10Mbps. I've gone to the settings and tried forcing 100Mbps Full Duplex, Task Manager reports the correct speed for 20 seconds, my switch lights up green for 20 seconds, then goes back to orange and task manager goes back to reporting 10Mbps.

Switch is a D-Link DSS-5+, connected to a D-Link EBR-2310 V. 2 router.
