Valve’s Steam Link on Raspberry Pi

It worked well at 1080p on a Raspberry Pi 4, and I would imagine it would be even better on a Pi 5 at 4K.
Just make sure to not set the bit rate too high on the NIC, otherwise stuttering can occur.

Jeff Geerling tested in the video from your link, and it appears to be pretty snappy without much latency.
