With the arrival of a new GPU (see my signature) things are starting to heat up in my V351.
At the moment, one hdd is mounted in the 5.25 bays on a piece of foam, the other in the top slot in the HDD rack. I've already done all the cable work, so now there is almost nothing to obstruct airflow. And yet, even when not gaming, the GPU side of the case is feeling warm. Yesterday before I redid the cable management and still had both HDD's in the tray the case was actually very warm to the touch and the GPU fan revving up a few notches.
The case is completely stock at the moment, but I think it would benefit from a change of case fans. I would prefer silent fans, and have been eyeballing several noctua replacements. But is that the way to go? Just swap the 80mm exhaust for one with a higher flowrate, or replace the front intake fans? Just the GPU side intake fan? Or Replace them all and while I'm at it, stick in a 92mm where the 80mm currently sits.
Right now I'm using the case without a sidepanel, which obviously isn't optimal.
What are your suggestions?
