hey,
I have a Sapphire 9600XT (FireBldae Edition) 128MB, and I opened Sisoft Sandra and it sais that:
ATI Technologies Radeon 9600 XT (V350)
the V350 means that the chip is V350? cause 9600XT are V360...

Its gexcube 9600xt???

RV350=RADEON 9600\9600PRO
RV360=RADEON 9600XT

but gexcube and some other use 9600pro chips with flashed

bios to 9600xt :(

it's Sapphire, and how can I kow sure that I have 9600XT with the R360 chip.
donno why but sandra shows V350... donno what that means...
how can I know sure that I have the R360 chip? without taking off the HS, cause it will avoid my warranty.

No other way because of the BIOS being flashed. The operating system will think that it is a R360

if it has overdrive, it is an rv360 because only the rv360 has the thermal diode in the core.

I don't have the overdrive! so it's not 360? it's not 9600XT?

wait, not all 9600xt s have overdrive, because an extra chip is needed and some builders ommit it to save cash, but I don't believe saphire is one of them, check to see what the core clocks are, a 9600xt will have 500 core, a 9600 pro 400 mhz, if the core is running at 500 it is an xt.
