anyone some good uv paint to paint the inside of a case and maybe hard drives and cd drives that wont damage anything?

I personally wouldn't paint the entire inside of the case in UV, I would use it as an accent.

I just bought some of the clearneon spray-type paint at https://www.clearneon.com/products.php?cat=5001. They also have brush-on at https://www.clearneon.com/products.php?cat=5003 . This stuff goes on clear and only shows under UV. This is what I wanted for the fins on my black fans.

This stuff also comes right off with ammonia-based cleaners.
