UT2004 Problem

I get that error whenever I start the game. I tried deleting the file specified but it doesn't help. I used to run this game with no problems, but then I reformatted and now it won't play.

Abit AI7
2x 256MB Buffalo Tech PC2700
Radeon 9100 w/ Cat4.6s

Reinstalling 4.6Cat's fixed it.

I was gonna say that but delete the ut2004.ini file in your system folder just in case.
