I just switched over to this board from an Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe because i was having a problem where i couldent see anything on the screen at all not even at Boot Up so i thought it was the Asus board that was messed up so i went and bought this board. I tested all my Parts out yesterday and i know for sure they all work. Well i put everything in the DFI board and guess what.... No Video. I Tried putting only 1 stick of ram and still nothing. Could it be that i need to update my Bios for a X2 4400+?? or could it be my PSU?

You should update your BIOS first and foremost so you have better support for your dual core processor. You can go to DFI-Street.com (the official tech support forum for all DFI boards). They have the BIOSes in the BIOS Factory, which is a subforum of AMD overclocking. DFI-Street.com also has detailed instructions on how to flash your BIOS correctly.

I doubt it's your PSU, unless you didn't connect all four power connectors (floppy, molex, 24-pin, and the other 4-pin connector [forgot the name  ]) to the board. If you didn't, the video card might not be getting enough power.

On this board, when you use one stick of RAM, put it in slot 2, which is the orange slot furthest from the CPU. If you tried slot 1 with one stick, it won't work, so that's another thing to look into. With older BIOSes, you also want to use the orange slots only- support for the yellow slots was added later.

Have you tried running the system out of the case on a non-conductive surface, with only the bare essentials attached? Do you hear a single beep when you start up (you can try using the integrated speaker on the mobo by switching one of the jumpers) ? Please provide us with more information, so we can diagnose and solve your problem better!

i already did the 1 stick on the orange slot furthest away from the cpu. I already tried clearing the BIOS through DFI's Support and i do not get any beeps even when the speaker is on from the mobo

Try running it out of your case on a wooden table or something, just to make sure it's not a motherboard short or anything.

You said you tested all of your parts- in what kind of system? Did you test all of them at once in another socket 939 mobo or just individually?
