Using RAID Controller to Connect Individual Drive?

So here's what I'm trying to do: Recover data off a broken RAID-0 Array on a Dell Poweredge server I have with a SCSI PERC 4/SC RAID controller

Here's how I'm going about doing that:
Using RAID Reconstructor to build three images, one of each three 80gb HD that was configured as one logical 200gb drive. Then, de-stripe the images into one image using RR and using GetDataBack to see what I can recover.

Pretty Straightforward.

But first I need to take images of the individual drives. Do I need a separate non-RAID SCSI controller to do that or is there a way I can just connect each drive individually so RAID reconstructor recognizes them as individual drives?

Thanks in advance.
