using partial multi's on ryzen cpu's????

seems like I loose a little mem bandwidth when I use a partial multi (40.25 multi) as apposed to a normal (40 multi) am i seeing things or has someone else noticed this too? is it just better to stick with a 40x multi, and raise my bclk up to meet my goal?

mine won't boot with anything other than a whole number multi so I can't test it.

Ryzen Master supports partial multis and they work in the higher 3 Ghz range. Haven't tried all ranges for boot, besides I have a 1600.
