using core temp with my e6300? Something Strange Happens

I turn on core temp and my cpu say the frequency x7 as 7 is my multiplier but now and then it turns to 6x then back to 7x is this normal? anything i should be concerned about?
 
That's normal. It's called Speedstep, and is used to reduce the speed of the CPU while not heavily loaded in order to save power. It won't affect your performance at all, so I suggest you leave it as-is.
