Using ATITool on SLI

Can I using ATItool to overclock or test both of my SLI-ed 8800GTX? It seem to be only working on one of the card only.
 
haven't try it out yet, i have a 8800GTS SLI setup and i use Rivatuner to OC

It's ATItools, i guess it was originally designed to work on ATI cards only, but now it supports some nvidia hardware as well ;)
