Hi All: I purchased this PSU for few years back for short money ($45.00) brand new as Mushkin got out of the PSU business. It's an older Topower build with decent caps & it's almost fully modular.

Here's a quick review of the XP-800AP PSU from OvercolockersClub:

My set up will be:

Intel i7-4790K @ stock (for now)
Cooler Master Seidon 120V HS
Gigabyte GA-HZ97-HD3 MB
Asus Optical Drive
16 GB PC2400 RAM
1-Samsung EVO 500GB SSD
2-WD 1TB Black HD's

Please keep in mind I never buy 1st-tier video cards. Right now I'm using an XFX 7870 & I'll keep it for another 6+ months before I sell it. I never spend more Then $300.00 for a VC ever.
5-120mm & 1-140mm Case Fans (including the CM HS Fan)

I know it's not the best, but it seems too be fairly solid. Any thoughts? Any insight would be appreciated.

For your load, I'd say it'll be fine. Can't put any numbers on efficiency though.

Just assembled my system yesterday afternoon. I'm running "stress tests" now & all seems good. Nice big "Rubycon" Cap & other seems to be ok. I see some Teapo caps in there as well. Running "fairly" silent overall (could be a tad better) as the 135mm fan can crank under load a little. Using the newer Antec 300 case right now. I hope it holds it's own over time!
