Using 360 HDD enclosure for PC?

I had a spare 360 hard drive that I took liberty to take apart, formate into NTFS to use as a storage device, however my main question is...instead of me buying a enclosure for the hard drive, is there anyway at all to use the 360 HDD connector to my advantage?

(Also I am speaking of the Xbox 360 fyi)

If so, thanks for any information.
