USFF CD/C2D with PCI 16x ?

Hi,

I'm looking for a USFF form factor PC which supports either a Core Duo or a Core 2 Duo and PCI Express 16x Half Height Cards... can anyone recommend me something for this? I need it to be strictly USFF due to the extreme space restrictions in my work cubicle and we aren't allowed laptops...

Actually i was wrong about the strictly USFF room, i think i could fit a SFF ok after seeing the Dell GX620. Does the Dell GX620 support C2D/C2Q range of CPUs and PCI-Express 16x slot?

get at least an optiplex 745 or 755... the gx620 is a piece of crap
 
Ahhh dammit they all have the same/similar cases! Optilex 755 then lol. Is there a way to upgrade the PSU? I want to put a half height 8600gt in there alongside an E8500 or a nice dual core.
