Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I have a friend who is having trouble with her laptop. Ever time she logs in to her computer she gets the error message "The User Profile Service failed the logon. The User Profile failed to load."
Can you check what the service is actually called? I ask because I've been recently looking into the benefits and consequences of running something called "User Profile Hive Cleanup" which installs as a service on machines. At a company I consulted for, we installed this because something was causing their profiles from not closing at logout/reboot/shutdown. After installation, if this service failed, iirc, then the user profile doesn't close on logout/reboot/shutdown, and it doesn't open the profile at next login because it's still 'open'.
