User/Group security settings windows xp

Hi. I've got a customer that decided to fuck with every security setting known to man in a windows xp pro machine.

I can get into admin and set some back, but certain things like RCP wont start, and it constantly gives a page file error.
How do I do sweeping change to revert all settings back to default? Thanks.

Try "secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\repair\secsetup.inf /db secsetup.sdb /verbose"
