Is there a function on the new forums that is the equivalent of the old User CP on Vbullitin?
 
I am still not really sure what you are looking for exactly.
 
Click on your user name next to inbox, that brings up the screen with all the CP options. That's the best you will get.
 
Click Watched Threads, then click Show All Watched Threads at the bottom of the column if you want to see ones that have no replies.
