User CP Drop-Down?

When I click the User CP button the drop down now has "Private Messages" at the top, not "Subscribed Threads", is this a change on the system, or did I bork some setting? Because I remember "Subscribed Threads" being first in that list.
 
It's the same sequence as my user CP. The order of listing may vary, but doesn't affect the panel's use. If you ever noticed, the smiley's move around also. :)
 
It's been Private Messages then Subscribed Threads in that order since the drop down began.
