I installed a new video card and last night and i noticed when i went to restart my system "restart" wasnt it the drop down menu and hibernate and stand by was missing also.

When i try to change the way users log on/off i get the following error:


User Accounts

The Specified Module Could Not Be Found.


does anyone know what happened and how i can fix it?
