User access control - can't run programs anymore :(

Not sure if anyone can help out here, but yesterday, I enabled trim for my ssd. I had to set myself up as adming in Windows 7 to do this. However, I think I just screwed up my whole pc now, as I can't do anything on it. For example, if I click on fraps, the user access control pop up apppears and asks me if I want to allow this program to make changes to my pc. Before, I could always click on yes and fraps would run. Now, yes is not selectable anymore, so I can't run it anymore. I tried to do a system restore but I run into the same problem. It asks me if I want to allow the program to make changes to my pc and my only option is to select no.
