So if I open my C: drive properties it says I'm using 77.6GB of space.

If I highlight all the files on my C: drive it only shows 64.6GB used. Yes, I do have hidden files and protected system files showing as disabled Hibernation, have my page file to 1GB, and have ran Disk Cleanup and CCleaner.

Where is my 13GB of space at?

That got it! Origin was installing games in my Program Files but it wasn't being picked up for some reason. Problem solved.

There will also be a small difference due to the minimum write size.
This is set when you format the drive, its called the allocation unit size.

If your allocation unit size is 4096 bytes, even a file of a few bytes will take up 4K.
Any file that isnt directly divisible by 4K will take up the remainder of the next 4K.
