hey guys, gals, kids and dogs. my I was doing some side fan cut outs today on a case over at my dad's house and we didnt have a good steal cutting bit for the damn thing, so my dad ran over to the tool shed like a fiend and got out a rotozip. Man was that thing crazy, Most of you guys have used them before but for me it was new, it spins at very high rpm and cuts holes like a champ. Man we cut that hole in seconds, I am never going to use a dremel again for big holes one for the touch up!!!!

no that pain in the butt thick case steel, we used some special bit for it. it was a 2 layer side panel off a box

I use these. Hold on to the case and go slow. Doesn't hurt to lube it a bit either. You can't get a better cut. Just get the right size bit for your fan hole.
