Use game controller as mouse?

is there a software out there that will let you use a game controller for a mouse? I think it would be pretty sweet and thought i saw something like that out. thanks for any help.

I forget what its called... but I used to use a program so I could navigate the mouse with my N64 controller's analog stick

EDIT: Oh yeah, Joy2key. Its old software, but this was also a while ago
