USB Tv Out? Do These Exist?

I currently have the asus M2N laptop, and im looking for a usb adapter that will output s-video to my tv so i can extend my windows desktop on to there so i can play games and watch movies and all of that fun stuff. Do these things exist out there or am i just out of luck?
 
it might exist, but it wouldnt have any 3d acceleration since the signal would be going through the USB and not the graphics card
