USB Splitter

Is there such a thing as and internal USB splitter? Have card reader using USB plug on board and want to also plug in front USB’s on case.

how many internal usb ports do you have. usually most motherboards have (2 frontal, two rear bracket).

Get a USB hub. Mount it internally.
 
I thought we could buy an extension and each port will turn into four. The length is about two feet.
 
Your best bet is to get the PCI card. A hub will give you another 2/4 ports
 
how many internal usb ports do you have. usually most motherboards have (2 frontal, two rear bracket).

I'm new at this and have only found one internal on boad. The motherboard is and Intel D875PBZ. Am I missing something here?

Most motherboards that I know of have on-board headers - once USB ports are plugged into these headers, they become functional. The USB ports on the case interface with these headers.
