USB sound card

Hey guys I recently rearranged my SFF case and my Xfi Xtreme Music just wont fit. I was wondering if there was a USB solution that was just as good as that card??

I use the DT 770pro 80ohm headphones and will prolly get the z5500 system in the future.
 
yeah I believe I do. Is there a firewire option?? Im interested in anything that will provide about the same quality of sound. I dont want to downgrade.
 
Just looked up the solo its $250 from M-Audio. I dont have that kind of budget.

So lets say with a budget of $150 or less if possible.
