USB server recommendation?

Can anyone recommend a USB server that will allow multiple pc's (2 for now) to access multiple USB devices (minimum of 4 ports would be nice) which is fully automated - ie. you don't have to connect and disconnect your pc from the attached device before it can be shared by another system?

I am currently sharing an internet connection and an ethernet connected printer through a switch. My goal would be to connect the USB server through the switch as well, thus allowing the devices to be shared.

The other consideration I have is that it has to work in XP mode as well, as I have business software that will only run on XP. Will the virtual machine create any issues for the server?

The primary system is Win 7 Pro and the secondary is XP Home (if that matters). Thanks! :)
