USB Pinouts are confusing me

OK. I've been trying to figure this out for about 15-20 minutes now and both me, my dad, and my friend are stumped. I have a KR7A and I'm looking at the pinouts for the USB header in the motherboard manual and it's got me in a blank stare.

The orientation of the pins is like this:

Number Name or significance of signal
1 : VCC0
2 : VCC1
3 : DATA0 - (NEG)
4 : DATA0 + (POS)
5 : DATA1 - (NEG)
6 : DATA1 + (POS)
7 : GROUND
8 : GROUND
9 : NC
10 : NC

Now, the USB plugs I have are the ones that have one pin per plug per wire. I have two of each: +5V, -D, +D, Ground, and one Shield. The signs in the manual along with the Data0/1 have me Can anyone offer advice? Thanks a bunch.

1 : VCC0 +5V, first connector
2 : VCC1 +5v, second connector
3 : DATA0 - (NEG) -D, first connector
4 : DATA0 + (POS) +D, first connector
5 : DATA1 - (NEG) -D, second connector
6 : DATA1 + (POS) +D, second connector
7 : GROUND ground, either connector
8 : GROUND ground, either connector
9 : NC - nothing
10 : NC - nothing

That should do it.

OK, I think I got that but now in which way do they go.

9 7 5 3 1
10 8 6 4 2

Like that? Cuz then its like having the data signals switch looking at top and bottom.

5: -D 3: -D
6: +D 4: +D

Then there are two data negative/positive on one line....
